How do we charge?
A monthly service charge of $1,300.00 will be billed for the application hosting and database fees following an initial setup fee of $3,000.00. Professional services and application development will be billed as requested at $120.00 per hour. Customers may request an estimate for any billable time. SITSD Service Desk requests may be considered billable time based on the requested services.
